Solution:This is because the screen saver function is set. Press "MENU" to enter the system menu, select "Screen Saver", press the Enter key to enter, and turn off the function.
The car camera lens cannot record automatically after it is connected to the car charger?
Solution:Immediately replace the car charger that matches the voltage of the driving recorder; delete or format the contents of the memory card and turn on the loop video function.
The event data recorder WIFI connection appears to be fading:
Solution:Confirm compatibility between your phone and dash cam. Sometimes, some dash cams may not support certain phone models or operating system versions. Make sure your device meets the dash cam lens requirements.
Is the driving recorder noisy when recording?
Solution:Check the dash cam installation to make sure it is firmly fixed in the car and is not loose or wobbly. A loose dash cam may cause body noise.
When playing pictures and videos, the prompts "File Error" and "Memory Card Error Please Format" appear.
Solution:Use your computer to format the memory card, then reformat it in the event data recorder menu, and select the high-resolution memory card.
